[Rescheduled] The Brunch Club | Carnival Edition | 01.02.21

After careful consideration and meetings with venue management and licensing from the city council we have made the joint decision to postpone The Brunch Club event on Thursday 24th September. All other student events are still going ahead at Bierkeller however the risk of spreading the virus at an all you can drink and eat event remains too high and therefore The Brunch Club has now been postponed until Monday 1st February 2021.

Although we were excited for the event and were on our final 50 tickets, the safety of our customers is paramount and it’s important we do what we can to prevent the spread of the virus.

If you have bought a ticket and would like a refund please drop us an email at contact@nottinghamfreshers.uk. We will be processing refunds from today until the deadline which is Saturday 19th September at midnight. Refund requests will not be approved after this date. If you do receive a refund and then want to purchase a ticket at a later date we cannot guarantee it will be the same price you originally paid for it as we are now on our final batch of tickets.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and hope you understand these are unprecedented times for all of us and the safety of our customers is paramount.

The Brunch Club is BACK! ?

After incredible launch party back in February unfortunately we were unable to run any more events due to the government shutdown. 

It’s been a long 6 months without you guys, but in that time we have been working closely with Bierkeller Nottingham to work out what a way to make the event possible this year. ? After many requests and messages, we are excited to announce our first event is scheduled for 24th September and we are making up for lost time and going all out on our Carnival edition.  ?

We are the very first student BOTTOMLESS BRUNCH in Nottingham! After touring the country, we landed in Nottingham and the infamous BIERKELLER is one of our favourite venues. We are sure many of you have danced countless nights away on the benches, it’s now time for the ultimate session! ?

? Expect UNLIMITED German Beer/Cider/Cocktails and Burgers & Fries for 2 HOURS! ?

? Yes, that’s bottomless food and drinks for 2 hours!! From 7-9PM! ?

The Doors open at 6:30pm with our DJ and host spinning tunes, he will be keeping you entertained throughout the evening with some games and carnival tricks and there will be some great prizes up for grabs. After the 2 hours is up, the party will continue until 1AM.

Tickets are extremely limited, and we expect them to sell out fast so don’t miss our big comeback. ? There will be no tickets available on the door.

-COVID UPADTE-

We have had to reduce capacity to just 50% of our normal allocation, but you can still expect all the usual fun. Tables are in sizes of 6 and are 1m apart from the next table, therefore we will be asking groups of 6 to turn up from the same bubble at the same time to minimize contact. Tables will be allocated on a first come first served basis and will be split across 3 floors in Bierkeller. There will be sanitizer situated around the venue and upon entrance. We will be operating table service as well throughout the event so please do not come to the bar to order any drinks.

We advise coming early in your bubble of 6 if you would like to get a table downstairs, as once the basement is full, there will only be seating available on the other 2 floors and it is not possible to queue for downstairs due to social distancing.

Please arrive before doors close and be patient with us, as it will be our first event in unprecedented times.

Carnival Party: 9:00pm – 1:00am
