It’s that time! Are you a SUPER TROUPER or a DANCING QUEEN? We’ll find out tonight at STUDENT FAVOURITE Bierkeller! ?  It’s freshers week and it’s going to take more than a global pandemic to stop us saying THANK YOU FOR THE MUSIC! ?

This ABBA Party event is for the ground floor and upstairs floor of Bierkeller, not the basement. This event does not get you access to the bingo event starting at 7:30.

So, we GIVE YOU GIVE YOU GIVE YOU … The Socially Distanced ABBA EXPERIENCE! (Read below for what to expect … trust us it’s worth it!)

This event is extremely limited capacity and is on the middle and top floors of Bierkeller only. Seating is allocated on a first come first served basis.

? Tickets are on sale now, and as one of the only late-night venues opening during freshers week, we expect this event to completely sell out in advance. ?
Tickets are for entry after 9pm only, and before 10pm.

⚠️ Under current government guidelines this event can go ahead, however if new restrictions come in and we are unable to run it on the date listed, all tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date. Alternatively, refunds will be available if you cannot make the new date. ⚠️

There will be hand sanitizer around the venue, and table service throughout so you will not need to go to the bar to order drinks. We do ask for all groups to arrive in their bubbles as tables will be allocated in groups of 6. There will be no tickets available on the door, the only way to get in is buying a ticket in advance. Tables will be allocated on a first come first served basis, across all 3 floors. We are following all coronavirus government rules and guidelines so groups must stay at their tables to minimise contact otherwise they will be asked to leave. We advise coming early in your bubble of 6 if you would like to get a table downstairs, as once the basement is full, there will only be seating available on the other 2 floors and it is not possible to queue for downstairs due to social distancing.

Ticket only guarantees entry before 8:30pm. Management reserve the right to refuse entry. Doors open at 19:30, and please be patient and bare with us in these unprecedented times as we take you to your table.

The above structure is for our series of fresher’s events, for our weekly events you’ll always get free entry and free drinks on the night! We regularly host rep socials and private parties for our reps plus much more! ?
